We, Go Greenish, discloses that not all products will work for every skin type as it is nearly impossible to cater to all, in one product.

Product Care

All our products are free from chemicals and artificial preservatives, and in saying this - product care is absolutely necessary. Product care will determine how long your product will be viable to use. We use Vitamin E in most products as a natural preservative, but prolonging the natural shelf life will be determined by you as consumer.


  • Please make sure to store all products in cool dry areas.
  • Do not let water get in contact with product as this is allow bacterial build up over time.
  • Use wooden spoon provided to scoop product out of container to assure product stays clean and away from unwanted bacteria.
  • If you do not want to use wooden spoon provided, please make sure hands and fingers are clean before using products.


We use external shipping relations to safely get your products to you as soon as we possibly can. Depending on time of year, courier may take 3-5 working days for local delivery. At the moment we only allow for local (South African) delivery on our website.

Delivery charges are calculated on checkout and will be calculated with amount spending. FREE DELIVERY FOR OVER R1 000 SHOPPING.


Exchanges and Refunds

We take every sale and inquiry serious and strive to make every purchase effortless for our customers. Please take into consideration that we cannot exchange any products, IF OPENED, as all our products are small batch, handmade products, that take time and love to make. If you receive a product and it is not what you intended for - Please DO NOT OPEN PRODUCT, as this will waive any possibility for exchange or refund.

If you would like to exchange or refund an UNOPENED product:

  1. Please email us with your exchange/ refund inquiry (With original order number).
  2. You would need to send item back to us for inspection in original state, unopened. Please note that any costs occurring in sending an item back to us will be on the customers account, and not Go Greenish.
  3. After inspection of product, and given the go-ahead, Go Greenish will either refund (taking 10% admin fee for processing) or give you the credit on the website to exchange for any other product. 
  4. Please note that upon making a new sale for credit from exchanged product, shipping fees will still be calculated at new checkout. This will also be on the customers account to pay on checkout.

Note that with all refunds and cancellations we will deduct a 10% admin and processing fee from your refund amount. All of these inquiries and processes takes valuable time and bank charges, so please keep that in mind.
